**FULLY BOOKED**

On Saturday 27 September the Newsroom will be hosting a day for families as part of The Big Draw, the campaign to get people drawing.

Supported by top Guardian and Observer cartoonists, artists, illustrators and designers, The Big Draw is an opportunity to learn more about the wide range of art that contributes to the newspapers' success.

All sessions are designed for all ages and abilities and provide the opportunity to

    design your own cartoon
    draw a caricature
    create graphic art
    listen to talks by professionals
    see original artwork by Guardian and Observer artists
    learn new techniques and tips for drawing



Each session runs for two hours. Morning sessions start at 10:30am until 12:30pm. Afternoon sessions start at 2:00pm until 4:00pm. The sessions are free of charge but advance booking is necessary.

Places are limited and will be booked on a first come first served basis. Please note this event is for families. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Sessions are free of charge.
