What to watch this week, from Industry to Hijack

BBC One

It’s back: Konrad Kay and Mickey Down’s cult finance drama that puts millennial sex and angst into the FTSE 100 Index. The fourth series follows the fortunes of shorting queen Harper (Myha’la) and trust-fund lost soul Yasmin (Marisa Abela). Kit Harrington also returns, while Max Minghella (The Handmaid’s Tale) and Charlie Heaton (Stranger Things) are new recruits.

Hijack

Apple TV+

The second series of George Kay and Jim Field Smith’s espionage thriller, starring Idris Elba. The first was set on a plane; this time it takes place in an underground train system. Also starring Max Beesley, Archie Panjabi and Toby Jones.

Star Trek: Starfleet Academy

Paramount+

Beaming in from the ever-expanding Star Trek franchise, a new series about youthful cadets training for the space fleet. Newcomer Sandro Rosta stars alongside Holly Hunter and Paul Giamatti.
