Jo Jones has been the fashion editor of the Observer for over two decades, starting her career at the Sunday Times Style and The Independent. Her editorial work has also appeared in Marie Claire, Australian Vogue, W and Vanity Fair. Jo has worked with numerous photographers including Campbell Addy, David Bailey, Nadav Kander, Mary McCartney, and Harry Borden. Jo enjoys creating a visual language to engage her readers in her role on the magazine, covering the fashion pages, international fashion weeks and celebrity covers, working with actors from Cate Blanchette to Kate Winslet. Jo sits on the press committee of the British Fashion Council and is an advocate for promoting young designers, emerging talent and independent labels.
