M&S hosted the first-ever fashion show in Silverstone’s pit lane, ahead of the British Grand Prix this week. A cast of 50 models unveiled the “Dress to Thrill” edit against the backdrop of team garages and race-day prep. The fashion-forward take on summer dressing across womenswear and menswear, included lingerie-inspired corsetry layered over crisp shirting, swim silhouettes styled with tailoring. The collection focused on sleek monochrome and soft neutrals punctuated with hits of racing red. Denim pieces were key, from cropped trucker jackets paired with barrel-leg jeans to clean, structured silhouettes styled with satin and lace. Some looks incorporate pieces from M&S’s partnership with Atlassian Williams Racing, with the Autograph menswear performance travel kit as worn by Carlos Sainz and Alex Ablon.

If you are looking for a creative, sustainable activity, Chillie Kids Club is a must-try. Created by stylists Natalie Hartley and Lydia McNeill, the workshops tackle two big issues at once: fashion waste and the lack of engaging holiday clubs. Designed for ages 4 to 15, the sessions teach kids to reimagine their old garments through sewing, ripping, and gluing. Originally starting on Portobello Road in Notting Hill, the club now runs pop-ups across London (including Clapton, Peckham, and Walthamstow). All materials are supplied, like second-hand fabrics, hot glue, and a haberdashery bar, a pro seamstress is on hand to help. Kids simply need to bring along some old clothes to revamp.
