The US Army has suspended the air crew of two Apache helicopters who appeared to make a pit stop at the home of a high-profile Trump supporter. On Saturday, the musician Kid Rock posted two videos of military choppers hovering as he saluted them from his hillside mansion in Tennessee. “God Bless America and all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to defend her,” Kid Rock wrote in one of the posts. It has been reported that the helicopters were on a training run and that there was no official request by Kid Rock for them to fly by his house. The Army said that appropriate action would be taken “if any violations are found”. The helicopters are thought to be the same that flew low over an anti-Trump protest held on the same day in Nashville. A spokesperson said their appearance at the rally was “entirely coincidental”.
