Mel C fronts JW Anderson’s new campaign, Glenn Martens comes to H&M, Blunt brollies tackle winter rains


Sculpt followingBelgium fashion designer Glenn Martens is creative director at Diesel and Martin Margiela, having spent a decade at the helm of avant-garde label Y/Project. He brings his unique directional design eye to H&M this month as he joins the ranks of sell-out designer collaborations, creating what he refers to as “a big family of garments”. Martens explored H&M’s archive to select a range of key pieces to redesign, playing with trompe-l’œil and customisation. Many can be transformed by the wearer using reshaping techniques like foil and wiring to create sculptural forms.
